RETURNS/CANCELLATION 

To make a return or exchange, simply pack and seal the return merchandise with the original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send it back to us using an insured service to the above address. The G Factor Accessories will not be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we strongly suggest insuring your package.

Returned orders will be reshipped at your expense.

Once we have received and inspected your return or exchange, your credit will process to the same credit card that was used originally within five business days. The G Factor Accessories reserves the right to deny any exchange or return that does not meet our requirements. Any denied return or exchange will be sent back to the customer. ITEMS MARKED “ SALE” are final. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges under any circumstances. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a replacement, free of charge.
